The gentlemen's football brand
Why TENLEGEND
All current football brands target the teenagers. Fashion brands do not have any connection to our game nor understand us. We saw an opportunity to bridge that gap and serve us, gentlemen in love with the beautiful game, who still want to be part of it.

"Came for the soccer game - will come back for the quality!
I was intrigued with this new brand in the world of soccer. #10 players are soccer Gods! I purchased this shirt because I have plenty opportunities to use a white formal shirt in my business world. But this one is a step above. From the quality of the material to the shiny buttons, PURE LUXURY! I feel like a million bucks." - Laurent
Holy cow! My husband lovesssssss it!
So glad I found TENLEGEND. Bought this shirt for my husband who is a diehard Juventus fan. Never heard of the brand before, and was a little worried because of the price, but he goes nuts over anything football and is totally in love with all things Italian (born there) and luxury apparel. Anyway, the shirt is FANTASTIC. Really nicely made. You can see and feel the difference from any other shirt he owns. Shipped quickly and came in a really nice black box that he says he's keeping forever, lol. We'll be back.
"So cool...I'm constantly worried about losing my passport, and I've been wanting a passport book for some time. I found TENLEGEND a few months back and I'm super excited about the brand. I took a chance and ordered this, and it's awesome. You can tell it's really well-made and love the card slots inside. A total win." - Antonio
First set of rules
In 1815, Eton College of England established a set of rules for the game. As the 19th century began, football became increasingly significant in the public schools because it was well suited to the ideals of the character building sport. The popular English School and Eton College came forth with a set of rules, known as the Cambridge Rules. Football was segregated into two groups; some colleges and schools opted for Rugby rules that allowed tripping, shin kicking and also carrying the ball. These rules were exclusively prohibited as per the Cambridge rules.
Birth of the beautiful game
In October 1863, a revision of the Cambridge Rules was published. Eleven representatives from London clubs and schools met at the Freemason's Tavern to set up common fundamental rules to control the matches amongst themselves. The outcome of this meeting was the formation of the Football Association. In December 1863, the Rugby Football and Association Football finally split as the supporters of the Rugby School rules walked out.
Football Association strictly banned any kind of handling of the ball
Arguably the most significant change of law ever was the ban in 1871 on all forms of handling, which meant that the ball in play could only be kicked or headed (the ball is technically out of play while a throw-in is completed). In the following year, the goalkeeper was introduced and was allowed to handle the ball "for the protection of his goal." When it was ruled in 1877 that the throw-in could go in any direction, the Sheffield FA clubs agreed to abandon their rules and adopt the FA version.
First International game
The first international football game was played between Scotland and England on 30 November 1872 at Hamilton Crescent, The West of Scotland Cricket Club's ground in the Patrick area of Glasgow. It ended in a 0–0 draw and was watched by 4,000 spectators.
Dress shirts
Shirts appeared first in European dress in the seventeenth century as a kind of underwear, designed to protect expensive waistcoats and frock coats from sweat and soil. By the early nineteenth century, shirts had assumed importance as garments in their own right. The emphasis placed by Beau Brummell and other dandies on wearing clean, perfectly styled linen brought the shirt into increased prominence as an essential male garment.Traditionally dress shirts were worn by men and boys, whereas women and girls often wore blouses or, sometimes, known as chemise. However, in the mid-1800s, they also became an item of women's clothing and are worn by both sexes today.
The origin of the polo
The exact origin of the polo shirt is unknown, but its widely recorded début came in the late 19th century in the birthplace of Polo - Manipur, India. After British Soldiers witnessed a match while stationed in Manipur, they set up the first polo club of its time. The sport grew in popularity with the British Army and British tea planters in India becoming regular players. Attention soon turned to their polo playing kit with traditional attire of the time consisting of thick, long sleeved shirts made of cotton. Unhappy with these uncomfortable shirts, they attached their collars to their shirts with buttons to stop them flapping while galloping on the field. The sport was introduced into England in 1862.
Authentic Brazilian leather
Brazilian leather has long been renowned for its quality. As a matter of fact, the material was durable to be adopted by makers of official footballs, as it could withstand powerful kicks and all sorts of weather conditions. The durable and traditional theme emitted by quality Brazilian leather is why we chose it as the material for our logo, adding a touch of class to each of our items.

DESIGNED IN PARIS
France put another star above the rooster and we began to design our exclusive lines in the fashion capital of the world, Paris. It is here where much of our inspiration comes from, as we are surrounded by luxury and style. Like the World Cup created by Jules Rimet, The League of Champions (pre cursor of the Champions league) TENLEGEND was born in Paris. Our timeless looks are inspired by the game’s most iconic players, all of which are followed by an aura of elegance. We played the game of football while respecting our opponents, qualities that follow us both on and off the field. It is these very qualities that have led us to create a fashionable label inspiring gentlemen to be their best.
We are gentlemen footballers.
