SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping is fully tracked and traced, and orders are processed as soon as they are received. If your order has not arrived within shipping times indicated, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details.
Please be advised that every country has different customs and tax laws that your product may incur whilst in transit. TENLEGEND is not responsible for these charges.
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), as well as other methods listed at Checkout.
It is our hope that every customer is 100% satisfied. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your product, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of receiving it, in its original condition, or offer to exchange unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
All TENLEGEND products are hand-inspected. If, by any chance you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we are happy to replace it within 30 days of order. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
